O U R S T O R Y
With a strong Irish heritage, Andy Harp’s vision was to establish the first Irish Pub in Gadsden, Alabama.
Having already been part of several successful entrepreneurial businesses such as Frios Gourmet Pops, Harp decided to begin the adventure of becoming a restauranteur.
As “luck of the Irish” would have it, Andy met Brett Jenkins - an up and coming chef with experience in restaurants all over the country.
His leadership experience gained in the Marines along with his mastery of culinary arts made them a perfect match for opening a restaurant.
So, with Harp’s vision of an Irish Pub and the staff’s deep understanding of the service industry, Harp and Clover was born.
With hard work and dedication, Harp and Clover has become a Gadsden mainstay and one of the most popular restaurant destinations in the city.
Appropriately situated inside of a historic building on Court Street in Downtown Gadsden, you will be taken in by the warm charm and atmosphere, delightfully surprised by the quality of our food, and happily greeted by our friendly servers.
We hope you will join us for lunch, dinner, or just a pint at the bar.
Harp and Jenkins look to bring the Harp and Clover brand to other locations soon. If you are interested in owning your own Harp and Clover Pub - give us a call.
